No sympathy for them, but guys getting fired from pizza chains and supermarkets jobs for attending a political rally is a little unnervingpic.twitter.com/YcFMWa2J0R

If a company isn't justified terminating employees once they learned they pose an active threat to minority staff, what *would* justify it?
If you want to unionize Nazis have at it. That might be the only union I would not endorse. At will employment is a funny thing, ain't it.
I think it is more likely they would try to get nazism / fascism reclassified as a religion so it would be a protected class
Maybe they should have spent their time agitating for a union instead of white supremacy. Political choices have consequences.
Irony there is these are exactly the guys fighting Left wing ideals like organization of labour. Reap what you sow.
and when we get those stronger employment protections in place, we should make sure there's an exception in them for Nazis.
Maybe you should spearhead a Nazi Union to support these poor buggers then.
I think ultimate test is how an employee's off-hours advocacy impacts co-workers, customers, and company image/mission. Nazis need not apply
they have a right to pay in lieu of notice? the only other employment protection that would protect here is unionization.
I mean this in the kindest possible way. You are missing the point.
Employees represent the companies they work for and hate is not politics, it's oppression.
Not true. Employers have a code of conduct which includes diversity and inclusion - treating others with respect and dignity, etc. Even /1
with stronger employment protections such as here in Europe, breaking code of conduct is a firing offence.
You have a point. Am I aware I could lose my job over my social or political opinions? You bet.
