I don't think it's the center-right organizing these events, although they're usually in ideological accord with them.

It's a fluid category. They're comfortable with the status quo of the Democratic Party and feel Hillary was unjustly deprived of victory.

These descriptors are always going to be imprecise. I think center-left, center-right, or even just "center" could reasonably apply to HRC.
