The most salacious part of this 'viral' tweet -- which I RT'd earlier -- has apparently been excised from the WaPo article without notation.pic.twitter.com/FfI17WGAxX

Either way, WaPo deleting the passage without explanation is incredibly irresponsible. @drewharwell should clarify. https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/national-security/ivanka-trump-meets-with-saudi-women-leaders-as-some-activists-remain-critical/2017/05/21/9406c4ee-3e08-11e7-adba-394ee67a7582_story.html?utm_term=.10adb35cadac …
Trump's Saudi trip is ridiculous enough without the press having to engage in this kind of chicanery. Erodes trust, promotes misinformation.
You need to apologize for shrugging off the #SethRich story if you wish to be credible.https://twitter.com/JulianAssange/status/866536275972689920 …
Yep. Because CLICKS > TRUTH. Great job, media https://twitter.com/SohrabAhmari/status/866430773007716353 …
@CobraGreek pro tip NEVER RT anything from the WashPost
They are intentional; they stick in people's mind even proven false. I delt with a lot of those covering the "Egyptian Revolution"
Virgil covered this "Rumour the swiftest of all evils ... she flies through the gloom, screeching, and droops not her eyes in sweet sleep 1/
2/2 "by day she sits on guard on high rooftop, and affrights great cities, clinging to the false and the wrong, yet heralding truth."
actually, it's not impossible to retract or correct wrong tweets. What we've done: Post screenshot of the tweet saying you're deleting it.
Isnt that the whole point?
