Bernie supporters had legitimate grievances based on the structural "rigging" of the system: these guys have "Russian hacking" conspiracies

There were some fantastical claims from a small percentage of Bernie people online, but I agree completely with your basic point.

I think it's great to view our institutions with skepticism & to demand as secure & verified a voting process as possible.

But this doesn't describe the actions of prominent Clinton supporters, who've been super hypocritical.https://twitter.com/BenSpielberg/status/802158963374641152 …

These people are demanding an "audit" of the 3 states that happened to seal HRC's loss: even though NH was closer than WI/PA

I'd be surprised if she didn't actually pursue a recount. But I'm not sure what her goal is here; there's not evidence of hacking.

But there's nothing to realistically "pursue" in PA, and she's suggesting otherwise in the fundraising appeal. Seems shady.

When you say "realistically pursue," what do you mean? That the results won't change or that she can't even use the money there?

They can't even realistically pursue any kind of recount in PA, unless they produce evidence of tangible fraud to a judge.

For PA in particular, it's the latter: they have no available mechanism to actually initiate a recount.

If they were interested in real recounts, they might've paid attn to our pleas for GE paper ballots over the past 6mo
