"Poor email practices" is such a dishonest way of describing the HRC server matter: that's the phrase people use to trivialize what happened

How about blatantly deceiving the public about the nature of the investigation, as HRC did on numerous occasions over many months?

Here's a good resource. The most bald, explicit lie was HRC's July 2015 claim that she did not receive a subpoena. http://www.factcheck.org/2016/09/the-fbi-files-on-clintons-emails/ …pic.twitter.com/hhmrhmdwwB

HRC also deceived Democratic primary voters into thinking that she was *not* under FBI criminal investigation, when she most certainly was.pic.twitter.com/c0eNiM3l7U

The FBI never conducted a "security review." They conducted a criminal investigation to determine whether HRC personally committed felonies.

HRC knew this. She is a lawyer. Her lawyers were in communication with the FBI for months up to this point. She purposely, explicitly lied.

Agreed. The most disturbing aspect to me is her MOTIVE for the bathroom server. Avoiding FOIA because of Clinton Fdn? Or worse?

"Poor email practices" sounds like not updating anti-virus software diligently or not teaching employees to avoid phishing. @mtracey
