In primaries, 60% of Indian American voted for Clinton, 23% for Sanders, 7% for Trump. Is that "strong backing"?

Trump was not GOP nominee at the time the poll was taken. My point was to compare Trump as nominee versus other nominees.

And even if his support is numerically small, it could have especially emboldened a select subset, hence "strong support"
