Some people always harbor wild beliefs. Doesn't mean Trump was conveying an assertion of literal fact
this misses how things work. You can wildly exaggerate, if pinned down agree it's not true, but in effect, "true"
it's not that you "believe" it. It's that the joke world, the irony, the partisan signaling crowd out reality.
