How is it that she's been a presidential candidate for 16 months & we still don't have a clear position from HRC on marijuana legalization?

Yes -- Sanders was initially reticent on the issue, but eventually endorsed legalization and featured it in his stump speech. He "listened."

If there's one demo among which she could benefit from generating enthusiasm, it would be young voters. Backing MJ legalization would help.
