If there's one demo among which she could benefit from generating enthusiasm, it would be young voters. Backing MJ legalization would help.

But she won't back it or even articulate a clear position, because she is not coalitionally indebted to the demographics who most want it.

If she held press conferences, theoretically reporters could ask about this, but they'd all likely focus on the latest Trump brouhaha anyway

There was grassroots pressure re: criminal justice / mass incarceration but somehow this key facet fell by the wayside. Missed opportunity.
