How is it that she's been a presidential candidate for 16 months & we still don't have a clear position from HRC on marijuana legalization?

HRC, the vaunted "listener," apparently hasn't listened enough to know that this issue is favored by a broad cross-section of young voters.
-
If there's one demo among which she could benefit from generating enthusiasm, it would be young voters. Backing MJ legalization would help.
-
But she won't back it or even articulate a clear position, because she is not coalitionally indebted to the demographics who most want it.
-
If she held press conferences, theoretically reporters could ask about this, but they'd all likely focus on the latest Trump brouhaha anyway
-
There was grassroots pressure re: criminal justice / mass incarceration but somehow this key facet fell by the wayside. Missed opportunity.

I thought Hillary came out saying she was going to move pot to a different schedule? Hard to say tho, she doesn't talk to the press
