In speaking to Sanders delegates / staff / organizers at the DNC, there's a sincere belief that with a few tactical shifts, he could've won.

Namely, with a few organizational tweaks in the early states, he could've swept IA-NH-NV (more than feasible) -- would have devastated HRC.

Obama had great excitement & strong ground game in 2008 NJ primary, but HRC still beat him. Don't underestimate HRC.
