Orlando PD refused to release Mateen's 911 call due to an "active criminal investigation," then FBI puts out a "transcript." Doesn't add up.

By releasing the "transcript" today, did the FBI compromise whatever "active criminal investigation" Orlando PD said was underway last week?

(1) Is that investigation about the wife? (2) Do you not presume this was done in coordination with locals?

(1) Investigation wasn't specified by OPD (2) I do presume coordination, which makes OPD's statement last week even odder

If so, then a public records request to OPD filed today ought to yield the audio of the 911 call(s).
