@AryehCW re: recent Bloggingheads, it's wrong that party process is strictly dictated by rules and not law. Rule and law are interwoven.
Ok, but understand what that would entail. It's not just an adjustment of party rules.

Incorrect. 1) No one has EVER been prosecuted. Same with faithless electors. 2) You can change rules to 2/3 on 1st ballot.

Just as with the Electoral College, a Party convention is SOVEREIGN. The majority rules. (Won't happen in '16, but could.)
