dude, that is low turnout because GOP race is over. Dem race is still contested and is high turnout. Look at the turnout numbers

if you want to play this game, Hillary didn't run ads in IN or WV so those were also uncontested.

There's no "game." The IN and WV races both allocated delegates according to primary results.

And the candidates themselves campaigned in both states. Both had staff in the states. This WA race is meaningless.
