@chrislhayes I think it would help in a D primary to point out that this is a huge liability and could lead to the election of Trump. -
@chrislhayes You don't have to say the emails are a significant issue per se, just that the probe damages her prospects for the general.

@agrenell I think it's malpractice to not point out -- accurately -- that a *criminal probe* will harm HRC's prospects in the general. -

@mtracey decent point, but Bernie is movement leader and it's off message for him to sound like a political tactician -
@agrenell He's talked tactics before -- citing polls and such. This isn't cynical, just reality. -
