@michaelbd I have problems with Chavez, but "dictators" usually do not subject themselves to free, internationally-monitored elections.
@DanielLarison @michaelbd Yes, I don't think it was remotely fair, but I also don't think the unfairness qualifies Chavez as a "dictator."
