Why shouldn't the term "right-wing terror" encompass terrorist acts committed by both neo-Nazis *and* fundamentalist, reactionary Muslims?

@mtracey The overwhelming whiteness of the practitioners of right-wing terror as well as their opposition to Islamists merits distinction. -
@ohtarzie I agree, nothing prevents us from making that closer distinction while still categorizing both as broadly right-wing.
