US officials deceiving the public with a false pledge of no “boots on the ground” in Syria, only for thousands of ground troops to be deployed (and sustain casualties) was never treated as a scandal. Only when those “boots” are removed does the media cry scandal

It was chiefly Barack Hussein Obama who made the "no boots on the ground" pledge, which he violated two years later. Say his name mikey

Michael. Zero troops have been removed. They have just been moved. Zero troops have come home. More have been sent to KSA. There is no withdrawal. There is no drawdown

It's time to have a conversation about: the duty of congress to declare war instead of passing the buck with "authorizations", the potential unconstitutionality and definite abuse of the war powers acts, and the forever war document that is the AUMF.

Bipartisan war-mongering is the norm in DC. Both parties have been completely corrupted by the MIC and foreign interests (Israel, Saudi Arabia, UAE, etc). Most of DC are corrupt puppets. BTW, this fact does not make Trump any less ridiculous.

I’m not liberal... or overly conservative. I’m open minded. I want to understand. I value solutions, but understand effective solutions requires comprehensive understanding of the spectrum of factors at play.

Its a win for @realDonaldTrump , a cease fire with no boots on the ground. Media will stop talking about this shortly if not already. On to the next “atrocity”.

It's a scandle to remove to troops from more countries where they dont need to be, but putting them there is perfectly normal. Our troops should be everywhere.

I respect @Dimitri2020LLC a great deal, but I don’t understand why Trump’s betrayal of the Kurds is being supported. I wish someone who supports Trump could explain, without rhetoric, this decision or any other foreign policy decision Trump has made.
