I think his point is that since we have no idea what the polls being used are the DNC can say whatever they want. If it gives the candidates they like, that poll can be said to be the official one. And that the DNC has been obviously shady in the past.

Pollsters were deemed "not approved" for reasons that have not been explained? Sure SOUNDS like a malign conspiracy. Done in the dead of night and last minute? Or out in the open ahead of time so that everyone knew what they had to do? PS: early states have enough power as it is.

It seems like a simple question. Who chose the polls and why? I don't see much of a conspiracy here unless they aren't saying anything. They have to choose which polls matter somehow.
