Does any of this even really matter? They said Hillary had a 90% chance of winning.

Looks like it trends much wealthier than the state as a whole.

Maybe if the elections were to be held at this point. Things could still change though it will likely boil down to Biden vs Warren (or Sanders) in the end.

The kernels look a great deal like lemons before you read they are kernels.

The proper way to think of this is that the kernel poll is often close to the contemporaneous polling, it is not predictive of the final result.

Another poll Tulsi got more than 2% in that she will get screwed because the DNC is corrupt they're cheating her & they're cheating Bernie. But they're cheating her more first. They're going to regret it because she'll speak loudly about it. Might save Bernie when he gets cheated

Predictive of the Des Moines area, perhaps, but the state as a whole? Hard to say. Also, people come from all across the Midwest to attend the Iowa fair. Do fairgoers tend to be older, higher income? Lots of unknowns here. Sample size unreliable at best, irrelevant at worst.
-
State fair attendees don't tend to live in places like Des Moines. They come from smaller towns and rural areas around the state, though some families with young children from metro areas take their kids to them.
