This is such a ridiculous way to characterize an event at which Sanders "spoke" to a large crowd of people. Furthermore, there are photos of him chatting and taking selfies with voters. Sydney Ember continues dishing out nonsensepic.twitter.com/BCuqMLCvFk

Bernie generally takes selfies with anyone who wants one at his events, where the crowd size is manageable, which allows for personal interaction. You can tell it's not his favorite thing in the world, but he does it. So this is just a patently ridiculous mischaracterization

That is the biggest bunch of baloney I've read. Ember should know better. If the Butter Cow spoke and asked him a question, Bernie would stop and talk to it, just like everyone else.

That Sydney Ember was only able to come up with an absurdly childish --and patently, demonstrably FALSE-- claim that Bernie Sanders didn't speak to anyone at the fair is very, very telling! Apparently, flagrant departures from truth are considered acceptable at #NYTimes. #shame

Does @melbournecoal get some kind of pleasure or find any meaning in defaming and smearing Bernie and @People4Bernie ? That’s basically what her career has become. It’s very depressing to see how many of these journalists just spend their lives being nasty to good people.
