For the millionth time, they are not "gaffes." You diminish legitimate concerns about Biden's mental acuity when you use this term, which exists only in the bizarre vernacular of political journalists and punditshttps://twitter.com/paulwaldman1/status/1160909003683172352 …

Ask Biden to take a piece of paper, draw a clock as big as the paper, and put the hands on the clock showing 10 past 3. Don’t say anything else. If he can’t do or says,”Don’t play games with me kid!” It’s Alzheimer’s.

A “gaffe” is when a politician tells the truth, which doesn’t always coincide with Biden’s senior moments.

If people running for president won’t release their taxes, they should at least submit to a complete neurocognitive evaluation for the safety of the country.

Pretty sure it's sarcasm. The author goes into way too much detail of each statement for this to be in earnest.

Biden has a bit of a stutter but he also has word-finding difficulty, a tendency to misremember things, narcissism, handsiness and lability. Regardless of where the line is between gaffes and dementia, this is not the guy Dems want carrying the torch for them in this election.
