Convincing voters that Biden is cognitively unsound would be much easier than convincing voters that he is racist, but of course the current media/political climate greatly incentivizes the latter

Both will be very hard. Why not just convince people he has shitty views and policy ideas? If the left can’t convince Democratic primary voters that Joe Biden, even in tip-top mental condition, is not the man for the challenges of our time, then what’s the fucking point?

Neither woukd be easy. The problem is that there are hardly any voters. Most people will stay home because they have good reason to feel the system is rigged anyway. Like 50 percent of people don't even vote in the general elections.

The charitable interpretation is that they aren’t trying to convince anyone he’s racist, but saying so makes a bigger story and then everyone will plainly see for themselves he is senile. Again, that’s the charitable version.

I do think they'll try that next. That said, calling people racist is what they've been primed to do that for decades now. Why would they stop?

BTW, Bernie Sanders interview on Joe Rogan has already crossed 6 million views, putting it among the top four interviews on his YT channel in the past 4 months. And it might end up in the top 2 within a few days.

True, but I don't get why his opponents haven't been hammering him hard on how he's helped credit cards & banks over consumers. That's a huge weak spot he cannot defend. African-Am Dems, Indeps, & Republican families all affected by this issue.

He should lose on policy positions and someone else demonstrating that they will be better at beating Trump. Can't wait for Biden v Sanders and/or Biden v Tulsi. He made an excellent speech a couple of days ago and seems to have undone the good work with this shocker.

Another problem is that the Dems/progs and media have been endlessly circling back to the security blanket of the 25th amendment as a means to remove Trump and have endlessly ranted about his state of mind. They can't now concede this reality in their own favored candidate.

There’s more than enough shit going on in my own Dem party to keep it at arms length indefinitely, let alone obsess over what the GOP’s putrid man baby is doing in the Oval Office. This “gaffe” from my state’s purported front runner is unconducive. We Iowans are enigmatic. 🤦‍♂️

Trump actually said “It’s clear Joe Biden is not playing with a full deck. He can not be president.” Trump seems to be the only one seeing this clearly.
