I've long found it odd that "gun control" advocates pay relatively little attention to US corporations that export these "military-style" guns abroad for profit, and have successfully lobbied the federal government to bolster their commercial interests https://www.armscontrol.org/blog/2019-03-26/abramson-testimony-proposed-small-arms-transfers#_edn11 …

Unfortunately, that’s how those US corporations make their money. Capitalism is only interested in profit. It has no compassion. Capitalism kills for profit. It is destroying our Earth. Capitalism is on its last breath, & it’s taking all humanity and life as we know it with it.

Contractors should be held responsible for their weapons, especially when the wind up in adversary possession. Here was one contactor CEO taking responsibility over a decade ago.pic.twitter.com/DPlBMUutXh

Maybe, but gun control leftists are all about trying to ban weapons here, not so much in foreign lands.

The American gov has to also be made accountable for flooding Mexico with guns for decades through the Plan Merida, with the excuse of “fighting the war on drugs”. The Reps that yell for gun control in America, refuse to call this out

Dude, what's the point in posting this now? It's completely irrelevant to the issue at hand.

Its completely relevant. People who just want to disarm US civilians but support the militarization of the police and the government and people around the world aren't for "gun control" - they're for unilateral disarmament.

Deadly weaponry. Common fertilizer for farming use can be turned into a deadly weapon, also known as HME (IED). During the Iraq war, terrorists and militias used “crack cocaine-grade” weapons in the absence of high end weapons, predominantly bought from Iran and RUS.

Funny how the exact thing that much of the corporate media said Tulsi Gabbard was wrong about in the brief amount of time she had to address foreign policy is being admitted to be true here.

Agreed. But given the hegemonic position of the US government on the world's stage, how would this be possible? Being the tip of the spear (if not the whole spear) comes with consequences, some of which are corrupting.

Gun control advocates in the U.S could care less about us arming Saudis, Israelis, or any of the terrorist cells they support. You know this.
