Honest question Have we had an election in the last 100 years that the Russians didn't attempt to interfere with? They happened to use Facebook and other Social Media outlets in 2016 but prior to that they were using other sources for disinformation campaigns. None of this is new
Hell, WE interfere in other countries' elections all the time. It's just part of what countries do to each other to try to gain favorable influence.
