Biden on Trump: "He's embracing thugs. He's embracing Kim Jong-un, who is a thug. He's embracing Putin, who is a flat dictator." Amazingly, leading Dems continue to argue that Trump is *insufficiently antagonistic* toward world leaders. Once again they're trying to out-hawk Trump

Biden continues: "He gave Kim everything that he wanted: legitimacy. He gave Kim -- he ended our relationship, as a practical matter, with South Korea." This is beyond nonsensical. South Korea has driven the diplomatic process with Kim. Biden is incoherent

There are many valid critiques of Trump on FP but Biden and other top Dems (Harris, Warren, etc.) consistently latch onto this "cozying up with dictators" line which is largely a distortion, and ignores Trump's actual policy record. Notably Biden has nothing to say about Yemen

It was disturbing seeing democrats at the debate trying to be even more hawkish than trump on foreign policy even though they consider him an existential threat. Also worth noting that they vote overwhelming in favor of bloated military budgets including his

Dems have been yapping about diplomacy for years and now that Trump has embraced it, they are opposed, as with everything else he does and says. Trump should embrace all “dictators” if so-called world peace might ever to come to fruition.

That was and has been their MO all along. There are former Trump voters who'd vote for Biden JUST to stop this even though Trump is just as bad at his foreign policy minus starting any new wars.

I don't believe for a second trump gives a shit about peace with the DPRK, and he's getting credit for all of South and North Korea's efforts at peace (from the Right who agree with everything he does without question), but I do support his posturing and peace with Korea,
