Thanks for the suggestion but what I’ll keep in the forefront is the amount of death and carnage we have imposed on people who live in the Middle East from endless bombing and occupation, not the US soldiers who volunteeredhttps://twitter.com/pgh4tulsi/status/1146051368463081474?s=21 …

my comment was referring to her campaign video about putting US soldiers ‘sacrifice’ at the ‘forefront’. If you have an issue with me ignoring or not paying enough attention to her speaking up about carnage we cause in the Middle East you gotta show me a stronger clip than this

How far she’s willing to go in describing how we make things worse in these ‘humanitarian’ wars is still very vague. Show me a clip where she talks about seeing Iraqi civilians suffering from our bombs or weapons, I personally haven’t seen one

I'm glad to see Tulsi getting support from so many diverse places. Chris Matthews was a Peace Corps volunteer in the 60s, but has certainly dishonored that institution by his constant self-promotion and support of the imperial status quo.

Also isn’t it odd we are only supposed to care about foreigners now and not allowed to care about American citizens ?

Seems like you twisted yourself into quite the partisan yarn ball, very fascinating

It's sad and telling that in evaluating foreign policy decisions hardly any politician or pundit ever even raises the subject of the suffering US actions cause among foreign civilians, let alone among foreign conscripted soldiers.

I wish she’d said it on the debate! Instead I think she just said something about American lives. Maybe next time

You want to see what Tulsi can do, look at my home, Hawaii. We are following in the footsteps of LA. She is powerless and weak. I do however respect her for her service, but that is all.
