Meeting with a "brutal dictator" is only discreditable if the result of the meeting is further brutality. That's why Trump's meetings with MBS are discreditable. Meeting with Kim, however, is for the purpose of lessening conflict. Should not be hard to comprehend this distinction

Besides, in any combination of meetings with "brutal dictators", the USA's presidents were, are, and, sadly, will probably be by far the worst "brutal dictators" (whose tyranny is mostly for exported though).

What if meeting with a brutal dictator is done because the president has an affinity for brutal dictators? What if just likes being in their company? And like how they can accumulate wealth without the hinderence of pesky little things called laws?

That would explain democrat unity and the wealth of many democrat legislators. Thanks!

I think that's Tracey's point, the U.S supports MBS and thus meeting with him to collaborate isn't worthy of praise whereas meeting with Kim was to seek peace with North Korea.

sorry man, wrong. in a divided society, one turned against itself with surprisingly high level of malice and hatred, its incredibly easy to not comprehend this distinction.

MBS only needs to acquire nukes to get creditable meetings then. Now he knows!

no, it's not. Trump loves dictators precisely because they can provide privileged access to sycophants and insiders.

"Trump loves dictators" He has never once said this. Why do so many people think they can read his mind and his inner thoughts and wishes?
