Be honest. Did Biden come across as cognitively competent? Don’t answer “no” just because you dislike him. Try to be objective

He was pretty much fine, the only really moment of senility was the thing about Obama and the Paris Agreement

What about saying the first thing he'd do as president is defeat Trump?

I hate the guy politically but I honestly felt bad for him. He seemed confused and slow with bad recall. He shouldn't be doing this.

Biden looked surprised when Harris told about how the Obama administration didn't take care of families crossing the border.

He has word finding problems. He processes information slower than the other candidates. His answer to the question posed about the 1st thing he would do as President was “defeat Donald Trump”. This shows he didn’t understand the question.

He’s the only candidate, out of 20, that cut his own time short... not once but twice. The only thing he talked about was Obama even though Michelle literally got more done than Biden during those terms. Not to mention his “legacy” dates back years before that, & its not a good 1

Plus he contradicted himself an estimated 3 trillion times, made zero good points and was so indirect with those questions. I expected him to at least stay the same but i have a feeling his support will tank after this one

Yes he is certainly competent. In fact, it seemed to me he was well aware of the beatings he recieved given how deflated and exasperated he became. He doesn't have it in him to win this primary.

It's not a clear yes or no but there's definitely been a decline. Tonight I realized some, maybe most of the problem might be a hearing issue and also that he's really just not up for this fight.

I agree. He feels dragged into it, and he is probably freaked out at what his party has become. He is old school Democrat.

HOWEVER when he realized he was putting his foot in his mouth, he basically called quits during a "defense" time allotted to him well before time was up. while i found it hilarious, it was undeniably a moment of cognitive clarity.
