Having actually spoken to Biden this past weekend I'm more doubtful of his current cognitive capacities. Part of his reply to me was simply unintelligible garble. Age-related decline is a much bigger liability for him than any vote or comment referring to events from decades ago

I already transcribed his comments in this column. If you notice, I had to put into brackets his intended meaning because he could not enunciate the sentence clearly https://www.nydailynews.com/opinion/ny-oped-hunting-in-the-wilderness-20190624-crqqdlymijantaem775bfjjnzq-story.html …pic.twitter.com/8a58wzm40i

That's pretty obvious all the time with him. So glad someone is pointing it out.

If it's anything like when you couldn't understand AOC then I expect a fully articulate and clear response from Biden

He often sounds counfused and can barely complete a full sentence w/o mumbling or garbling his speech. He seems better when talking about past events he's already spoken on previously vs new ideas or answering questions on past events he hasn't spoken about before.

If that's the case, his campaign team and the senior DNC will know that better than anyone else.

I agree! Why are senile, old people permitted to run. There needs to be an age limit! I’m 68, my mother had Alzheimer’s and my brother has it. He is 77. People over 65 have a much better chance of developing it and these people are in for 4 years. Also, just out of touch!

Why wouldn't he just want to enjoy the rest of his life?
