I’m not sure about this. They’ve been extremely successful at a kind of coercing their values on is without having to “fire a shot”. They need their financial profits to keep pushing us into their ideal society. They’re doing it without govt - even in spite of govt. they like $$.

Or if they’ll all give up their spots in their high-powered positions so those can be filled by the PoC they publicly say should be in those positions. They’re just as rationally self-interested as any other human beings, they just want to pretend so everyone thinks they’re not

Some other issues: they are technocrats so macroeconomic policy resonates with them. They like the idea of top men managing things. Also, lots of them are non-union contractors or got there start there, so they experienced the sharp end of the stick for many years.

This is precisely why I left the Dems. They used to be about class differences. Then they decided that living in the Hamptons & NYC was just too nice, so they forgot their rich-v-poor dialectic and replaced it w/ identity politics, where poor and middle-class whites finish last.

Ya they suppress their citizens and force them to follow an unnatural socio-economic system that needs to be learned and inforced rather than a simple exchange of goods. Also riddled with censorship and I’m not even talking about how they would deal with conservatives.
