"If we had confidence that the president clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said so." More wildly fallacious reasoning from Mueller. It's not the charge of prosecutors to establish the absence of a crime. It's to establish a crime, or not. Makes no sense

Imagine being arrested and being held until law enforcement found evidence of innocence. The entire system is polluted, but far worse are our fellow citizens who cheer the insanity based on team affiliation.

Mueller specifically said he was prevented by Dept policy from charging Trump with a crime. Based upon the rules Mueller was given, it is up to Congress to charge/ impeach Trump, not him.

Come on Michael. He explained exactly why he couldn't establish a charge of crime against the President. It was outside his ability to. Office of Legal Counsel policy says a sitting President cannot be charged w/ a crime. Constitutionally that responsibility falls to Congress.pic.twitter.com/vndZOvHITv

This seems like a do as much damage as possible without being accountable to actual policy or potential cross examination move. If he get subpoened in he will get torn up under questioning and destroy the narrative.

Now,now-unless we acquit the POTUS and let him kill everyone in the intelligence agencies while setting himself up as the Town Boss of America, according to Tracey, we're not being fair. He's the real leftist & rest of us are Russiagate conspirators who helped kill Seth Rich.

And wasn't it the Clinton DOJ that wrote the new guidelines for a special prosecutor after his impeachment? The guidelines Dems supported but Mueller now insists tied his hands? Lol
