Esteemed Harvard Law Prof. Randall Kennedy says crybaby students forcing the ouster of his colleague Ronald Sullivan because they felt "unsafe" due to his representation of a client is the biggest embarrassment Kennedy has ever seen in his 34 years therehttps://www.nytimes.com/2019/05/15/opinion/race-identity/harvard-law-harvey-weinstein.html …

Give me a break, some of the most elite people in the country in a prestigious institution and a legal apparatus feel unsafe. I thought you were telling us yesterday how safe society is.

Or, reframed. :) Ivy legal elites, crying about safety, when Trump has made clear in real time that laws don’t apply to anyone but working people.

Transcendent. Any who wanted him gone should consider NOT going to law school. They just failed class on day one

Raises serious questions about whether Harvard Law students are prepared to function as adults in the "unsafe" real world, much less become competent attorneys. Child brain issues yet to be dealt with. How can any reputable law firm continue to recruit at Harvard?

I have been in complete agreement in thinking very ill of Harvard about this issue. However, I respect Tyler Cowan on many things, and I find his thoughts here to be at least food for thought.http://marginalrevolution.com/marginalrevolution/2019/05/harvard-and-ronald-sullivan.html …

It should be noted that Kennedy, the author of this piece is not a reactionary in the slightest.

They didn't want someone who chose to represent a certainly guilty sex predator to be in charge of a dorm. I don't see the problem.
