Doesn’t it seem like these activists are already supporting another candidate for their own reasons and this whole article is contrived?

I mean Ms.Pryce doesn’t just cart her family hither and yon. She’s Spartanburg’s former Democrat state rep and an Obama delegate to the DNC. I’m sure she has made up her mind about this election. Where does it talk about that part?

"The Washington Post’s Chelsea Janes in Rock Hill, S.C., contributed to this article." Might explain why. See if you can figure out who she likes https://twitter.com/chelsea_janes

One thing that always astounded me in 2016 is that at the rallies, Bernie never really thanked his supporters. It was kind of understandable since he was working harder than anyone. But still . . .
-
Odd, he thanked his supporters at every rally I attended in conjunction with encouraging his supporters to think in terms of
#NotMeUs. He even made time to speak to the over flow crowd so no one felt left out after waiting to see him.#Bernie2020 - 1 more reply

Bernie didn't say hi to me, so I'm not voting for him.

Yeah. I mean I would vote for anyone that stopped and complimented my cooking! I wouldn’t mind at all if they wanted to lock me up and throw away the key so their donors can make some $$$. Priorities, right.

This is what passes as a negative story about
@BernieSanders. Whether or not his staff realized there were people behind the scenes. Forget that he stands on picket lines for food service workers...Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

The sense of entitlement from this woman is outrageous. When Bernie comes to my city, I don’t expect him to personally give me a high five.
-
It's not outrageous when you understand the customs. If he went to the church I grew up in in Ohio, and the church ladies (if you'll forgive the old-school terminology) and family members cooked for him, it's just considered manners. It would be different if this was a McDonald's

Surprisingly bad take from Mike. Usually you see through stuff like this, especially with a story about Abrams at the end. The media is trying to take down Bernie because people like him at the same time they're trying to make Abrams into somebody even though nobody likes her.

A) One hopes that his staff will work to manage this going forward B) There will always be people with issues and complaints, does he have a "politeness problem" Don't think so.

?? He was in and out of both functions in Michigan I went to back in 2016, is this really bizarre? Do candidates just hang out?
