Thanks. I see your mistake now. Conspiracy requires proving criminal intent beyond reasonable doubt. Kilimnik and Manafort hid/deleted communications, so can't prove intent. Crimes other Russians indicted for--ID theft, hacking, wire fraud, etc.--don't require proving intent. 1/2

Manafort gave data to Kilimnik. Kilimnik pushed RU plan for Ukraine via Manafort. Maybe to get in good graces, repay debt, make $. Can't prove criminal intent, so correct not to charge. Still big counterintel problem. No idea why you think it's important to go to bat for them 2/2
