Mueller essentially states that he would've had to invent a brand new theory of conspiracy law to charge Don Jr. and Kushner for the Trump Tower meeting. He cites the potential First Amendment-chilling implications of such a prosecution. Dems, however, exhibit no such concernspic.twitter.com/ENx2mjXOFY

Am I bad for laughing at Jared Kushner's reaction? 😳 "[w]hat are we doing here?", indeed!! 😄 iMessage to Manafort, "waste of time", 2 emails to assistants, 'Get me out of here'. 😂 The Trump Campaign were led up the garden path, given a false expectation for some reason. 🤔pic.twitter.com/1D6RMD5vgl

After about 150 pages of serious and heavy investigative stuff, you finally get to Kusher acting like a high school girl on a bad date. I also laughed out loud at that point 😂

Funny then, that Donnie Jr was deemed too stupid to know better.

"if we had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the President clearly did not commit obstruction of justice, we would so state." https://www.vox.com/2019/4/18/18484731/mueller-report-trump-barr-obstruction-legal-experts …. It cannot be reported that Trump "did not commit obstruction". Fact.

You can’t read can you? Really, do you even look at the parts that aren’t highlighted? Mueller clearly states he looked at Kushner and Don Jr through a campaign finance lens. Now you’re not only erroneously conflating conspiracy w/ collusion, but also campaign finance?

So asking an antagonistic foreign power, our mortal enemy for half a century, for information that they acquired in an attempt to influence an American election, is a legal squabble? Ask yourself how YOU'D react if this was Clinton or Obama while WE wonder why this isn't treason.pic.twitter.com/cbm4AZreLb

notice that the analysis does not include a CI aspect at all, because it is scrubbed from the report. On this point, DJTjr and Kushner can be charged (and probably are) with espionage especially since they sought to conceal the meeting with a Hostile Intel service
