Mueller's staff spent hours and hours interviewing crazy people like Jerome Corsi, but for some reason didn't seek out allegedly key players in the collusion conspiracy like Assange or Kilimnik (whose receipt of polling data from Manafort was supposed to be a smoking gun.) Why?pic.twitter.com/pOIoIwk9Wx

Mueller asserts that Kilimnik met with Manafort in Madrid on February 26, 2017. Manafort initially denied this, but then apparently admitted to it under pressure. Kilimnik says he has never been to Madrid. Why didn't Mueller seek out Kilimnik to resolve this bizarre discrepancy?pic.twitter.com/ppk6qXv7Eq

Kilimnik reportedly lives in Moscow. But he says he would have voluntarily cooperated with Mueller. And further, Mueller saw no issue with indicting other Russian nationals (such as GRU figures and social media proprietors) who will almost certainly never appear in US court

Really bizarre. Have any US journalists or tv pundits asked Kilimnik? Or do they just repeat whatever IC claims?

He never spoke to Steele, he never spoke to Assange. He's Inspector Clouseau, not Elliot Ness

Mueller was finally happy with Manafort changing his answer. It fit his agenda. It did not matter if it was true. Was Mueller ever after the truth? Nope. He was hired to take out Trump and damage all those around Trump.

One possibility is Kilimnik was working for FBI?

Obviously, if we try to reach him, he might be able to confirm Manafort's story as well as clear up everything. However, if we just charge him with obstruction, we guarantee he'll never come back to testify.

Kilimnik, who’s believed by the FBI to be a Russian spy, was charged by Mueller with attempting to tamper with witnesses in the special counsel probe. He has yet to be arrested or arraigned in a U.S. court.
