Hillary started out w/huge leads in polls too. Biden isn't a technocrat like Macron et al And srsly how much faith can we put in polls? Betw land line/cell issue that undermined methods, corruption & untrustworthiness of media who sponsor some polls, recent history I'm dubious

Also, Bernie Sanders is not "vowing to change the system". His new campaign actually parrots the neocons and national security talking points on US foreign policy. His "democratic socialism" is clearly a soft neoliberalism

Agree there's a growing market but I think it's a mistake to simply assume that only the candidate promising the most radical change can win. After all, Hillary did receive millions more votes than Trump in 2016 and lost due to a quirk in the electoral system
