To everyone who keeps speciously arguing that Mueller technically didn't investigate "collusion" because that's not a formal legal term: You're wrong. Mueller explicitly states that he took "collusion" to be "largely synonymous with conspiracy," the relevant federal crimepic.twitter.com/fPYXDhdrTU

Further, Mueller cites Rosenstein, who oversaw the investigation and defined its parameters, as having specifically identified the word "collusion" as what Mueller was tasked to investigate. So yes, Mueller investigated collusion, and found none. It's right there in plain English

In fact, Mueller took an expansive view of what acts could constitute a violation under federal conspiracy statutes, and applied this view to Trump officials' allegedly nefarious "contacts" with Russians. The conclusion: none of it amounted to any conspiracy (aka, collusion)pic.twitter.com/xxgUB13aap

So that's a settled issue, unless you're now rejecting how Mueller himself has characterized his investigative purview. In other words: put down the Collusion Crackpipe, and seek help

Just ask the truthers what word they'd like to use, and we can just agree Mueller found none of that either

Just wait for the "DELETED EMAILS AND ENCRYPTED CONVERSATIONS ARE PROOF OF COLLUSION!" spin. It's only a matter of time.

I don’t recall him ever saying there was no collusion in his prosecutorial decisions part of the report however. Just that there wasnt a basis for a conspiracy prosecution.

Yeah I'm pretty sure that that's what the Mueller report was there to do was to find out what could and or should be prosecuted. After all in America we don't prosecute people with crimes that lack evidence.
