It's so stupid to argue that Barr was acting as Trump's "personal lawyer." It fell to Barr to make a determination about the prosecutability of obstruction, which necessitated ascertaining Trump's state of mind when he took his allegedly obstructive acts

I wish Congress would try fixing the country rather than trying to fix the president. They need to govern not investigate.

I mean their heralded hashtag is

Maybe the fact that Comey was improperly allowed to make that determination in regard to Hillary is throwing them off.

After Mueller knew that there was "No collusion" early in 2017 he should have shut down investigation but the whole thing was to destroy the Trump Presidency from the start.Obstruction is just a red herring with no meaning but to keep the MSM headlines rolling....

Well Barr is known as the “king of cover-ups”. Trump so inept he sets himself up thru his own cowardly actions to appear guilty by suspicion/ whether or not there was ever actual evidence to even spark an investigation.

And, regardless, that determination by congresses is on the question of impeachment, which is wholly separate from the question of legal indictment.

You forget that initially, Barr was refusing to even LET Congress see the report, so how would they've ever known Mueller felt it was the role of Congress to decide whether or not "
#Obstruction" took place (and Mueller HADN'T cleared Trump like Barr claimed?) - 1 more reply

Exactly. Another thing that has been turned on it’s head is that the OSC did not “exonerate” Trump. That is not a thing. In a crim invest, the state has 100% of the burden to put up or shut up. If they don’t bring charges, that action speaks for itself and is the end.

The “slip and fall lawyers” Schiff and Nadler are having a problem with Barr now, wait till he starts indicting Dems for this clusterflop investigation and it’s origins. You’re absolutely right Michael. The real pain is yet to come.
