Mueller emphatically exonerated Trump on the core conspiracy charge: you know, the thing that supposedly impelled the creation of Special Counsel in the first place. But if it makes you feel better, go ahead and continue living in your collusion fairy talehttps://twitter.com/davidfrum/status/1113588998138515456 …

Seems there was a reason that Team Trump and its left-wing auxiliaries @ggreenwald @mtaibbi @mtracey claimed vindication and demanded apologies *before* release of the report that supposedly proved their guy's total innocence

The Special Counsel was impaneled after the Comey firing. So obstruction was also part of the “core.” Also, how do you know what the report said? Have you read it?

Maybe you missed it, but here's what Mueller declared: “The investigation did not establish that members of the Trump campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government”

Mueller hasn’t “emphatically” said anything. Literally not a word. But if it makes you feel better to keep milking the Barr Memo as it begins to disintegrate, go ahead.

"Did not establish" may or may not be emphatic exoneration. On obstruction, even Barr quoted Mueller as saying he did not exonerate Trump. The public facts don't seem to support anyone's gloating now, be they believers that collusion happened, or believers collusion is a myth.
