The scrubbing begins! Semi-notable hysteria peddler @DavidKlion has deleted his tweet declaring Russiagate "the crime of the century." But don't worry, I saved it https://twitter.com/DavidKlion/status/941364291931959299 …pic.twitter.com/V3qBBCYeMy

You said "The scrubbing begins!" That VERY strongly implies that this was (a) a new deletion that was (b) in response to the Mueller news.
That's not how your original tweet reads at all. You said he deleted that tweet. It makes a big difference if he did so to delete that particular one or as a general policy of deleting old tweets (which is not uncommon).
I said he “deleted his tweet.” That’s true. I last saw it in February. When I checked this morning, it was gone. Therefore the tweet was deleted. He can rationalize his record-purging behavior however he wants.
Ok, Michael is technically accurate but it is interpreted as Jeet said. Gives the impression that you ‘got him’ on scrubbing Russiagate tweets in specific.
For journalists and others in the public eye, I strongly dislike the practice of scrubbing tweets, too. Conscientious members of the public see it like a public record.
you also said “the scrubbing begins”
That's such nonsense. I actually thought that the deletion was intentional and how I read your tweet.
@DavidKlion, my apology for retweeting it.
say what you will about David but at least he doesn't count nazi Pepes amongst his fan base, makes ya think
Michael maybe spend the weekend offline and figure out how you’re going to scrape together the broken detritus of your credibility once we know what the facts are instead of trying to ice skate against the wind
