Chelsea Clinton obviously had no role whatsoever in the NZ massacre but she *did* have a direct role in precipitating the enormously cynical and dishonest Omar controversy, so holding her to account for that in public is perfectly appropriate

She was approached by an entire group of people who acted like they were about to beat her up. One careless move on CC's part, and it might have actually gone down that way.

I’m not sure screaming invective in someone’s face while making no attempt to engage in conversation counts as “holding that person to account” for their alleged transgression. (And I say this as someone who is deeply skeptical of Chelsea Clinton.)

Skeptical, yes - I actually think there's a lot of centrist Dems that want her to enter politics and take up the HRC/New Democrat mantle. No idea whether she's actually on board with that, though - she doesn't seem to have the same lust for power her parents have.
