Many of the corrupt arrangements (featherbedding, pensions that can’t be cut, etc) are enshrined in law/precedent that courts will uphold. No tax/reg cuts/reform/simplification on the horizon. Lightfoot will win runoff and then run into wall. 1 miserable term.
