If this is definitively proven to be an elaborate hoax, Jussie is a complete sociopath, and it's worth examining how a complete sociopath reached a place where he was reflexively believed and embraced by so many leading entertainment + political eliteshttps://twitter.com/CNN/status/1098415039759949825 …

How? Sociopaths are EXCELLENT at manipulation and getting what they want. Problem with Jussie is he wasn’t very smart.

I think being a complete sociopath is the main prerequisite for being believed and embraced by the leading entertainment + political elites.

There has been a trend for the last couple years about “I’m Offended, I’m a Victim, I’m Virtuous” are you that really surprised? It was just a matter of time and it will not be the last. Social Media really amplifies the narcissism in today’s culture of entitlement.

He created a victim narrative. Being a victim (especially from MAGA-related violence) is primo social currency. When currency is that valuable, there's bound to be counterfeits.

Sometimes the narrative is so good you don't care if it's nothing more than a narrative. Doing journalism takes too long and RTs are way lower

High-performing sociopaths have a tremendous advantage in fields where a facade of superficial attributes and virtues is valued more than deep work or clearly defined success criteria. In modern society, this is especially the case for politics and tv media.

Certainly, a big part of why it was easier to believe him was that he had a successful career. It gives an impression one wouldn’t need to lie and risk their career, so it’s likely true. You see actors in interviews and feel you know them (you don’t).
