Regardless of intervention from Russia (and to a lesser extend Cuba and China), the US should never express support for Guiado? Or are you speaking strictly to military intervention?

I recognize Bernie Sanders as the new President of the Unites States. Do you believe Russia, Cuba and China should never express support for Sanders? If these countries decide to intervene in the US to enforce this 'recognition' should Canada and Mexico do the heavy lifting?
