So you haven’t actually read up on the 25th to understand how it works and it’s intent?

I know you probably read it on Wikipedia a few days ago, but that doesn't make you an expert on its applicability.

You don’t know that they considered it because of “moral incapacitation.” That’s your interpretation. I think we’ve all seen enough rash impulsive behavior from this president (not to mention slurred words) to question whether he has some sort of mental disorder or deficiency.
-
Also, McCabe mentioned it came up in a wide-ranging conversation. They theorized on who would vote for it or not. There’s nothing to suggest they took action beyond pure speculation. Calling that a “plot” is a pretty gross mischaracterization.

Has the FBI ever read Hume? “3) Moral distinctions are derived from the moral sentiments: feelings of approval (esteem, praise) and disapproval (blame) felt by spectators who contemplate a character trait or action” - https://plato.stanford.edu/entries/hume-moral/ …
-
That is to say, moral platitudes are based off of feelings and not facts, so FBI invoking the 25th sets a precedent that the President can be removed without any concrete reason.

Plot? It was briefly floated at a meeting. That's what adults do when they discuss an important issue. And it requires a vote of the cabinet -- I'm not sure what "autonomous" means in that sentence,
-
Well since Democrats and Republicans alike are hellbent on preventing Trump from installing his "Cabinet" I guess that means they'll never get that vote.

25th Amendment "scheme" is a lawful way out of a dilemma, requires supermajority of the president's own cabinet + 2/3 of House to approve and IS NOT PERMANENT. OTOH your threshold tolerance for unstable autocrats seems pretty high.
-
Unstable autocrats like James Comey?

He got caught and thrown out of office didn’t he? The one next to him is McCarthy I believe and he was a crooked man from the minute he stepped into Congress! If it’s Hoover he had dirt on everyone! He couldn’t stop the Kennedys though. Not without murder.!

Or maybe he has too many morals than the criminal cabal that currently operates all over the world. They weren't just defending the honor of HRC. They are defending the dark system that they take part in.

We know, in their own words, there was a plan B in case he got elected. This is a bloodless coup attempt, nothing less.

This is of course completely outrageous and possibly treasonous activity. The fact that this is not the most important story in America is a testament to TDS.

There may be an argument to be made that Trump is mentally incapacitated, and should be removed. But it sure as shit isn't the FBI's job to make it.
