I can't get over how idiotic this talking point is: "The 25th Amendment is in the Constitution, so any scheme hatched by a bureaucratic cabal to depose the president must be legal if the schemers invoke it." Never underestimate how much bad punditry is driven by sheer stupidity

They don't need to occupy those positions to bring the matter to the people in those positions. Jesus christ, it's not illegal to talk about stuff. Or are you under the impression that the cabinet even discussing the 25th amd. on their own is seditious?

hmm, the text doesn't say who brings the issues to those people's attention so as to circulate the informed consensus needed but the doj might be in the position to have that evidence ?
