No, you're wrong that it's explicitly provided for in the Constitution. The amendment exists, but there's nowhere near any consensus on whether it would legally apply to Trump's situation in May 2017

It wasn't just the 25th ammendment. They weaponized the DOJ and FBI to set up leaks to undermine a duly elected president with innuendo from a partisan document, laundered it through different channels to make it look legitimate and set up an investigation and blackmail.

It sets a terrible precedence . At least it is out in the open. How did it even get to this point ?

Its is interest of all parties to make sure such a farce does not happen again.

this is a direct attack on the American regime (not just a particular administration), an attempt to overthrow Constitutional government, everyone involved should be put into prison for life (or hanged) including the outside people funding this attack!

The bigger point is McCabe and crew decided to do this with no investigation ever done. From what we know, their concern was based on the dossier that was paid for by his opponent, which hired a foreign agent who in turn received the information from Russians.

WTF is straightforwardly legal? 25th amendment is part of the constitution
-
That the heads of intelligence agencies attempted to apply it under a false pretense (that trump is insane) immediately following his firing of the head of an intelligence agency? Show me in the constitution where that’s something that is allowed to happen.

Since Americans do not believe in rule of law, at least when it is inconvenient for their political views, as HRC would ask, "What difference does it make?"

Since when do they care about the constitution? These are departments that routinely skirt the 4th amendment

I think the hard-to-prove part about sedition is whether McCabe et al. decided to remove Trump before gathering evidence. They’ll skate so long as they continue to call the Dirty Dossier “evidence” with a straight face.
-
They did not decide to take action. There is nothing illegal about discussing how to handle a President violating the independence of the DOJ / FBI to obstruct justice.
