I don't want anti-semitism to be popular, and I also don't want false accusations of anti-semitism to be popular. The latter is what's at issue right now.

You know damn well the idea that jews control the country by buying off politicians is a long held anti-semitic belief. If you don't want to be considered an anti-semite, I'd suggest not using blatantly anti-semitic arguments.

You're construing her comments in the most paranoid way possible, which suggests you're either incapable or unwilling to represent a countervailing argument on this topic fairly. AIPAC + "pro-Israel" donors spend huge sums of money to influence public policy. Why do they do this?

You're excusing her blatant and obvious anti-semitism because you agree with it. You said as much yesterday. AIPAC spends relatively little on lobbying compared to most other major donor groups but you're very concerned about their influence. How odd.

No, it's because you can't actually establish that her comments are anti-semitic, and you're a sensitive snowflake in regards to people commenting on the influence of "pro-Israel" money. How much do Sheldon Adelson, Haim Saban, and Paul Singer spend?

You keep putting quotes where you mean to put three parentheses, Michael. Sloppy formatting.

See, there you go. You're incapable of conducting a rational discussion on this topic. I guess you're too emotionally invested. Feel free to seek out a safe space.

"Jews control the government by buying off all the politicians" isn't a rational argument to be engaged with. AIPAC's minuscule $3 million per year on lobbying isn't what drove Omar to make her comments and it isn't driving you. It's just centuries old anti-semitic bullshit.

Nobody's making that argument. You just need to misrepresent the argument, because you can't engage with what is actually being said. Answer my question: Why do Sheldon Adelson, Paul Singer, and Haim Saban spend hundreds of millions of dollars on political causes?

Yea, sure. I'll leave the tweets here and people can judge for themselves what the argument was. It's just a real mystery who "this particular interest group" is.pic.twitter.com/CUqFqPqHbC

The "particular interest group" is "pro-Israel donors." I phrased it that way because people such as yourself have been laughably denying that "pro-Israel" factions use financial power to influence public policy. Let me know when you have an answer re: Adelson, Saban, and Singer

Weird how people who can't make an argument or engage in rational discussion resort to commenting on Twitter trolls. Usually it's left-wing people who do this, but you prove it's a throughly bipartisan phenomenon.
